Day 30 – Something that makes you sad
The news makes me immensely sad. I can’t dwell on the news too much, otherwise I sometimes become overwhelmed by all the terrible and ridiculous and unfortunate things that happen to people and are done by people. In particular, I am finding the top story on this website very sad. This lady’s three little girls now have to grow up without a mother. ‘Sad’ is not an adequate word.

Day 1 – Peace
Is the simple life the answer to finding peace? Or was it just a show with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie? I struggled with what to photograph for this one. The very next day I saw this:

If only I saw it on day 1.
Day 2 – Skyline
The Gateway Bridge on the skyline of Brisbane. Also, powerlines in the sky.
Day 3 – Something you wore today
This shirt was about $5 from some dodgy souvenir place on Hollywood Blvd in LA. I purposely got a huge size so I could sleep in it. I love it.
It’s a long weekend here for Labour Day. I’m very much looking forward to an extra day off. What are you up to?
